Starting in June 2025, experience a unique immersive adventure as you delve into the intrigues and secrets of the infamous Valois dynasty. Armed with your phone and your sense of deduction, explore the keep, royal residence, and gardens of the Royal City of Loches in search of clues to solve a series of historical puzzles.

Amidst crimes, betrayals, and dramatic twists, become the investigators of a formidable dynasty that shaped two centuries of French history. This Monument Game takes you on a true heritage thriller, set in a genuine, history-filled location.

A fun and historical investigation.

• A self-guided game using your smartphone: follow the route with a dedicated mobile app.

• Step into the world of the Valois: meet the dynasty’s key figures, uncover their stories… and their secrets.

• Solve captivating puzzles: intellectual and historical challenges for all curious minds, in a thrilling atmosphere.

• A life-sized setting: each site in the Royal City becomes a scene in the investigation.

Practical Information:

• Game duration: approximately 60 to 70 minutes

• Note: The game begins at the keep (15-minute briefing)

• Audience: All audiences aged 10 and up (minors must be accompanied). The game is not accessible to those with reduced mobility.

• Team size: Minimum 3 / Maximum 6 participants

• Location: Royal City of Loches (keep, gardens, royal residence)

• Outdoor route: bring rain gear in case of bad weather

• Materials: Access the digital content via a QR code provided on site (consider bringing a second phone or a notebook for taking notes)

Prices:

• €24 / Reduced rate: €20 (ages 7–18, students, job seekers, education pass holders, large families, people with disabilities or accompanying persons)

• Includes entry to the keep and the royal residence

Game Organization Information:

Please arrive at the Keep ticket office 15 minutes before your session starts to ensure the game begins on time. For the smooth running of the game, we thank you for following these guidelines.

Tickets can be exchanged up until the day before the session.
To make changes, please contact us so we can guide you through the process. All tickets from one session must be transferred to another date where there are still spots available.
